Today was a frightening experience- my love one was found lethargic and unresponsive. Jacob & Trey were the Texas EMS ambulance crew that arrived. They took charge, eased my anxieties, and provided great patient care! Not all ambulance experiences are good encounters but Jacob & Trey were very professional and the care provided was in such a compassionate manner. Their service was top tier!
Texan EMS employees are under trained in roadway safety, specifically the crew in physical unit M-14 around 9:15 this morning at SH-242 and I-45. They drove dangerously and when reported to the service they defended the crew’s negligence in the matter of forcing citizens to drive into an intersection at a red light. The staff tried to say that I needed to educate myself on Texas emergency traffic laws when in fact they should educate themselves on the matter and due regard.
