Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Texan Dental, P.A. on July 31, 2025. I was on my way to the assigned office, but due to a major traffic accident, I was unable to arrive on time — despite leaving early and notifying the office about the situation. Still, my absence was reported, which led to my account being penalized on the Cloud Dentistry app, and now I’m unable to work for two weeks.
