Texan Cleaners did an amazing job all the way up here in the hill country. It was difficult to find someone to come here at a a reasonable price. He explained the process to clean out my vents and that even the dryer needed to be cleaned out. I never thought about that. He also explained how to maintain the cleaning services to prevent any major issues. He was knowledgeable and an all around great guy. Thank you for being honest and informative. Most of all, thank you for the personable experience.
We had a great experience with Texas Cleaners. Tiran is very honest and reasonably priced. We had a different company that came and told us that we have mold and it would cost us around 4k to resolve and change vents entirely. Texas cleaners served our neighbor who was also satisfied with their service and when he came to evaluate our vents, we ended up not having mold and we paid less of a quarter of the price initially estimated by the other company. I called Texan Cleaners on a Friday and explained my issue. He quoted me a very reasonable flat price and arrived Monday as scheduled. He went above and beyond in fixing the dryer vent issue, and I will gladly call on him again for the other services he provides. Also, he’s very good at educating his customers without being condescending.
