I have sitting here at home waiting to see if they call me back a lady name Brenda said she would call back, I waited until 2 yesterday Then I called,she said that going to talk to manger,all I wanted was answers about my insurance. Going to see if they call me back on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday an no later. Then I'll look for some other place.
I will respond as soon as I have completed my appointment today at 11:00 am.
Helpful, very friendly staff and medical assistants but the cardiologists doctors seem to lag behind a bit. I haven't been better with my condition, I've told these doctors that info at every visit and not much is being done. Appointments feel like DRs want you out of their hair ASAP, they don't tell you in much depth about your condition and I feel dismissed. Not angry, just disappointed as I hoped for a more thorough approach to my care but overall a decent place.
The VA has outsourced Dr Nasur to see my dad for his cardiovascular needs and treatment , and let me tell you, upmost professionalism and respect. I can only hope to be as good a physician as Dr. Nasur! Friendly staff and great service!!
To be honest one of the best cardiologist in town after a long journey with 4 different cardiologist he believed in me when other doctors wouldn’t, he did all the necessary studies and by the third visit he found what was wrong did my surgery and change my life completely in the positive way Dr Nasur is one of the best in El Paso, I highly recommend it.
