Doctor Taha is amazingly nice. Spoke in a way to help understand. Really liked him.
Front office staff and supervisor suck! Front office staff are inefficient and often times clueless even when I ask a single question like asking for a doctor's excuse. The front office is incompetent and unapologetic when they constantly mess up. At least 2x per year they fail to get an approved authorization from the VA for approval of continuance of care in time for my next scheduled appointment due to them not submitting the request in a timely manner. I have sitting here at home waiting to see if they call me back a lady name Brenda said she would call back, I waited until 2 yesterday Then I called,she said that going to talk to manger,all I wanted was answers about my insurance. Going to see if they call me back on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday an no later. Then I'll look for some other place.
