They said I could pay what I could when I could at Dr El jacks office, and now I have a balance with them that went to collections. Their liason called me though, and explained it was their new system in place. We'll see how it goes, but overall, good heart physician.

From the moment my mother and I walked in, the staff treated us with the utmost professionalism. While there was a short wait, it was completely understandable—Dr. Nasur is a specialist who clearly gives every patient the time and dedication they deserve. The entire team was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. What truly blew me away happened during my mother's appointment. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and impressed with the level of care that my family receives at Texan cardio cardiovascular Institute. But even more impressive is the medical office staff. This group is literally the ONLY office staff that returns phone calls and whom relay messages consistently. They stand out over every other doctor’s office in El Paso. On behalf of those of us who have to deal with multiple doctor’s offices for relatives: thank you.
