It’s amazing how quickly this dock can feel like home. Definitely our new favourite spot sailing up and down the Powell River area. Has water, garbage and outhouses. The Wharfinger, Jenny, is WONDERFUL. A house nearby sells huge bags of ice for $6 honour system. 1000% suggest going to the Texada Museum a few blocks down the street. And Mary Mary’s cafe has tasty (and inexpensive!) food.
Jennifer was very nice. Prices have gone up to $1.50/ft. She recommended calling ahead of arrival.
Great little stopping point on the run between Desolation Sound and Pender Harbor. The dock master is helpful and friendly, 15 amp power, good water and nice walk to food and drink.
