I’m a franchise owner trying to duplicate a tent order from another location, which should have been a simple process. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Crystal has repeatedly added my order to the wrong account instead of creating a new one for me. I have politely flagged this multiple times, but the issue has not been corrected. Your business can thrive or fail based on customer service. Erica is very rude and unhelpful to your customers. She speaks down to them and talks to them like they are beneath her. I asked very simple questions like when my order would be done and when can I pick it up. Those should not upset your customer service person. I asked to pick up the item I paid for tomorrow. She argued with me the entire time and kept telling me I HAD to pick it up today without ever asking me why I need to pick it up tomorrow. She offered no sol... read more

I would suggest finding another sign shop. Poor communication with multiple emails and phone calls not returned causing our order to be delayed and ultimately missing the dead line. Erica was not helpful at all and showed little to no care or willingness to help make the situation right even after proof was provided they dropped the ball.
