For pipe enter at gate 3. When pulling up to gate just ring the intercom and they will open it up for you. The 1st office you see as soon as you enter will say driver room, and please be patient someone will be with you shortly . That’s not the door to check in. It’s the big building next to the scale. I was in and out under an hour
Got there 2 hours early for my appointment, they put me in a door and told me it may take 1-2 hours because i was early, no problem was my response. Had me loaded in an hour and a half and was on my way. Friendly staff and pretty quick loading time
