Customer service is bad, food isn't even that good, unorganized, rude, i could go on forever. The staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. I stood at the counter for a solid ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and the place wasn’t even busy. No one knows what they're doing.
