The person who served me unfortunately couldn't fulfill my order correctly. I tried to explain it three times, I even went up to them and pointed to the sign. I thought they understood, and I even tried to be friendly, but it didn't work. When I arrived, I was completely surprised to find an order I hadn't placed. Very disappointed.And they should fix the bathroom.
I came to your store specifically for the advertised $11 deal (5-piece tenders with 2 sides), but the staff refused to provide the deal and said I could only buy the tenders at the regular price. Advertising a promotion and then not honoring it is misleading and creates a poor customer experience. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not face the same problem. Thank
