repeat tourist customers We liked the food here so much, we went back the next night. I had an enchilada combo and my husband had carne asada. Both our meals were HUGE. Nice atmosphere. Friendly waiters. Practiced my Spanish and nobody laughed, so we went back the next night.
don't mess with the Tex Mex... I know the owner, Pedro. A really nice guy. They have some of the best rice I have had, it's very simple, but flavorful. I'd recommend the jamaican chicken, or seafood soup. (I do not like seafood, but my friends ordered it and said it was great, and the order was HUGE!) They have pretty good Oaxacan-style tamales and the plato tipico de el Salvador is good if you like Salvadoran food. (Pupusas, etc).
