From the very start, James was on top of everything it took to coordinate with the solar company to get our roof replaced. He's shown us respect and consideration at every step of the process. He was a joy to work with, as was his crew. He'll get the job done for you and done well.
The workers were good and efficient but mgmt didn't fix a part of my roof that clearly needed fixing because it had trash bags and tape on it. The wanted to charge me more to fix it after the fact. I wouldn't have cared if they charged more and put it in the contract but how do you miss the trash bags and duck tape ? You're going to leave your work looking like that? Yes they'll get your roof done but in my opinion they did the bare minimum so they get a bare minimum 3 stars.
