Great customer service! I couldn’t find anywhere, except ordering online for the type of filter I needed. Turns out they had it. They deal mainly with commercial businesses but didn’t mind helping out someone in need. Appreciate the professional welcome. -Michael

Great service and reasonable prices. Never had any issues with my orders. Front desk is more than happy to assist you and answer questions. O'shay is always helpful, in a good mood, and a pleasure to speak with 😊. Would not go anywhere else for filters.

They mislead us regarding the size of the filter. Also, after having to buy another filter somewhere else; we realized it was for the better. Pure Air's prices were way better! We told the Rep we needed an Aprilaire 213. We learned that the 210 would suffice and went back to buy it. It wasn't a 210. We called back and the rep proceeded to tell us that they told us it was a 201. However, it wasn't even that. It was a 401! We paid 77 dollars plus tax for their filter. At Pure Air it was 43 plus tax (for an Aprilaire 210) They ... read more

I was researching possible materials for small filters for the speak thru openings at customer service windows. The staff was very helpful and creative. I was able to use some of their dust filters combined with other materials that can be replaced daily to fit our specific needs to reduce the potential for the transmission of COVID-19. Everyone I spoke with at Tex-Filters was insightful and made the experience very positive! Two thumbs up for the staff!!
