Personally, they delivered a very poor job. I sent 2 rugs to be washed for $249 and it took them 2 weeks to deliver them. According to them, they wash them 3 times it looks like it was washed but there is no sign that this was the case. When I received the rugs, when I opened them, a lot of dirt came out. It would have been better for me to buy new rugs... DO NOT waste your money on them.
