I asked this company to clean my large wool area rug and return it to me wrapped and ready for storage/cross-country transport. Upon arrival, we unrolled the rug to find it was damp, with brown staining on the front and moldy spots on the backing. (Note: no other household items arrived with similar damage.) Did not disappoint. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning and the price was very budget friendly. Going to have them back out to freshen the carpets before the holidays. Also made an appointment to get my air ducts cleaned. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tex A clean
