Actually no stars. He never called me back. I do believe this is the second time he did this to me.
I am sure they are a good service, however we had a bad experience, there is a gentleman named Walter, (and no I do not care if we are putting you on blast because you are a rude person). You should not have a job after how you handle the customer today. Or a potential customer that was concerned in buisness.he likes to take extended breaks and leave the truck running. Gets caught slacking on a street leaves truck running for 2 hours.then says to concerned neibors "ill say and get however i want with you" walter was his name.have fun being rude to customers walter....
This guy is awesome. One call and he will service your septic system very thorough and does a great job. Would recommend to anyone that needs septic service.
