Went here a while back For an oil change. I have a Kia Forte and just had enough money for what I went to the shop for. After waiting in the waiting area for a little while, the guy comes back in and tells me that they are charging me a few hundred dollars for work that they put into the car that they did. They really helped us out in a pinch when we had car trouble and were stranded driving from CT to ME.
2 1/2 hours into an 11 hour car ride a continually vexing oil pressure issue decided to crop up again. Exited 495 and luckily found these guys. Car was an 03 Suburban and very easily could have decided to go to Chevy dealer next door to diagnose and fix. Very glad I didn't. Jordan and Rida took me in right away even though all bays were full. Erick and Jordan diagnosed problem and set to ordering parts and getting me back on the road.
