Usual excellent service, hard-working and helpful staff. Have been bringing my car to Tewksbury Auto Repair for over 25 years and would not think of bringing my car anywhere else. Owner and staff go out of their way to make the customer experience easier and less stressful. Great job and thank you.
This person VSS has gone on a slandering campaign toward our business and many other auto business in the town of Tewksbury. Instead of going online and slandering us, why would you not contact us directly and express your dissatisfaction? We would have been happy to fix or at least address your concerns. No I do not recommend . Couldn't even get to work .my car just needed more care at the time to keep it going. I was very inconvenienced and missed hours at work because of how many times I had to keep taking it back to them.There are minor things they could have did that really would have helped me out. But they did nothing about it, and did not have my back. And those problems built up and became too much for me. Dick always goes above and beyond. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and take time to explain everything to you.
My family and I have been coming to Dick exclusively for over 40 years and have never had an issue. The work is excellent and the prices are definitely fair. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. More than once I have been told how to save money on repairs by not having a major repair done when a simpler fix was all I needed.
