Nice place to have a gathering
Beautiful space. Rented for a baby shower. Would Never rent again. It is $100 per hr. But, have to pay $100 for set up and $100 for clean up. Had to pay $150 to bring food I. I Had to get a million dollar general insurance policy. Had to find my own company which was an additional $100 (cheapest quote). The person that opened the building started removing pillows from the patio by 3:30 pm, harassed my guest by telling them I needed to be leaving at 4pm when I paid to clean and be gone by 5pm.
