Great service. Arrived on time, completed repairs peofessionally, repairman knowlegdeable and friendly. Will use again. Office staff also helpful.
The install team was great. I gave them 4 stars because I've been waiting for a couple of months for a warranty part and haven't heard from them about it.I took the part off the old pellet stove. Also financing was not explained fully, which is no big deal but it should be explained up front so the customer understands fully the terms and conditions.
Had issues with propane fireplace. Tevis was we on time, even gave an estimated arrival time which was very close. Broken part, which the repairman had recalibrated and cleaned the fireplace It now works perfectly Will continue to use them in the future
