We have had an auto-fill account with Tevis for several years. Unfortunately this is the 2nd year in a row now where they've allowed us to run dry when it's the coldest weather of the year. Despite having no heat with temps just hitting 20 degrees I've been sitting here waiting for someone to show up for 8 hours, customer service can't give a time so I'm trapped in my freezing home waiting for them to get someone here. Very good company excellent service
We switched to Tevis Oil because I tend to be sensitive to petroleum products and am allergic to dust. We hoped the oil would be better for me. The oil really does burn cleaner, and I no longer dread turning on the heat because of facial/sinus pain. They have accommodated our preference to have oil delivered just twice a year, in August and December, when prices tend to be lower. They are professional and friendly by phone. We've had no problems at all with them and I strongly recommend Tevis.
