Super super expensive, did the payment plan option (we did fall behind on a couple payments, rough months). Though, in comparison to the oil we got with another local provider this was much more expensive. I don’t think we will use them for the season coming up.
I have an automatic delivery account in Fawn Grove and this company let me run out of oil. They delivered more oil but the furnace wont run since the tank was sucked dry. Called the company and they want almost $200.00 dollars to come out and fix the problem they created and also cant give me a time on when a technician will be available. Needless to say I am done with this company.
This place needs to teach their drivers that they are carrying HAZMAT and that they don't own the road. I got the pleasure of almost driving off the road when one of their trucks going over 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone decided that the road was only theirs.
Excellent service! They truly put the customer's needs first and foremost and WANT to serve the community! Wonderful people.
