Just a quick note regarding my experience with Heather Kolb and Tevington Jewelers in Hamburg, NY. I requested a special build from Heather and I wanted some specific guidance. This was my first time working with Tevington Jewelers and my first encounter with Heather. The build was a reconstruct of a Family Ring with 5 stones. This was a Very Special Ring to begin with. We had two rings that needed repair and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable cost. Heather was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to, and she answered all our questions. We will return for sure.

Heather was able to untangle a gold chain on a piece that has sentimental value to me. She was so kind and wouldn’t even let me pay her for her time. So thankful! I would give 10 stars if I could.
