Had a problem with miscommunication on a trimmer but was corrected by Giny and appreciated
Went there to look at battery operated trimmer New owner showed me Stihl trimmer. Said it will trim 45 min. I told him I have big lot with trees. Took it home tried it worked ok on full charge for 21 min and fully charged again only lasted 23 minutes. Called him up and said he will contact supplier vendor as that is what he was told Never got back to me. I contacted him three days later and he said try to stop it and start it between trees??
