love the sets
Price tag has defo gone up with the food prices and inflation, which I totally understand. But I ordered a chutoro sushi, not a chutoro prosciutto sushi. $5.20 for that 1 piece of paper-thin slice is a big joke, but superb knife skills there. That said, your sushi chef needs a retrain. And fish stock in the miso soup? Don't kid me. Also, pls edit that description to, garnished with spring onions. Nope, never going back to Tetsujin
I used to visit this place in my uni days quite a bit, I loved their BBQ sets because they were such good value. I returned to try the sushi train and it was okay. Definitely not bad, but I’d say it’s just on par with chains like Sushi Jiro.
