The service I got Tetrad was good, the lady that was working the front desk had a hard time speaking English which was okay since she used a translationdevice. I thought the tires were a lot better than they were though, I've been driving on them for 11,000km (3 months) and I don't think they're going to last another four months. They had really good service but the tires are really not good. Cheap is now really expensive. Tetrad is deserving of 5 stars both for customer service and expertise. Even though it was Sunday, Moe arrived just 30 minutes after receiving our call and identified the issue within 5 minutes of inspecting the car. We truly appreciate Moe's help and do not hesitate to recommend Tetrad to everyone in Regina.
I can't say enough to thank Moe and the Tetrad Auto Service for their wonderful services and help on a Sunday morning when most services were closed. Very helpful, fast, and professional. Went the extra mile to help us by going to my home to look at our unresponsive vehicle. Moe quickly discovered the errors in my vehicle with his wonderful mechanical skills.
