Horrible company! Dispatcher's,drivers, don't waste your time here just cancel and find another load. Been waiting hrs for a door trailer is spotless after 6 hrs waiting they rejected the trailer for literally a speck of grass which I removed they still refuse to load.it awful same as what all the other reviews say. Ugh .. don't bother!
Had appointment at 3pm, arrived 1 hour before the appointment, they said they dont have load ready and that the team drivers have to wait until 6 pm, held my team at the pickup until 7 pm and they started loading, out at 8 49pm. They scammed us at the shipping office by putting in time 6pm and out time 7pm, which is not correct at all. Had team drivers spend almost 7 hours to be loaded. Detention from broker denied, because it shows on their stamp that we were loaded in 1 hour. They dont respect drivers time, please avoid pi... read more
