Epsilon has been great help and provider. I have a rare condition called neuralgia which affects my trigimenal nerves. Clinic and the nurses especially DONNIE AND ALL THE OTHER STAFF amazing every phone call ends with a smile on my face really happy with them !!
Used this clinic for well over a year and left after they had a billing issue which they didn’t bother to call me about and instead emailed me and threatened to cancel my scripts. I had the issue fixed instantly once notified, but I am a person being treated for pain and chronic illness and expect to be treated as such (not like a number or a customer that they have zero duty of care to) so I chose to no longer be a patient since they seem to think threats of withholding medication for pain are more appropriate than a friend... read more
Terrible service. Nurses never pick up and when they do it's a super long wait to get a response from Dr Alistair Fram.. Straight half a star to be honest
