I ordered from them a few years ago and things were great. This fall our order has been bungled completely. Over a month to get it even ordered, being passed around between sales and CAD person. Then 20 days out beyond that for it to come in. That would have been alright if it wasn't for the 30 days it took to order it. This is just a $1000 order. When we need skirting we will go somewhere with a faster office time.

Purchased my roof and siding from Teton Steel. Our roof package was ordered incorrectly, but the team there fixed it quick without any issues. My wife and I love our standing seem roof, and standing seem snap batten siding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for metal products.

This is my first time buying metal roof and didn’t know that there are so many details that goes into buying one. However , Gracie has made my experience with purchasing all my metal needs very nice. She always kept me updated with emails and calls. She has been very great. I would definitely recommend working with Teton steel.

Thanks for the reply. I am confused at why you guys couldn't take the extra 20 minutes and rebend the fascia. I ended up having to buy some from twin falls. I had to take an afternoon off from work so the guys could have it the next morning for the install.
