I bought shoes from them on September 30 2020. I realized Sunday November 1 2020 that the shoes already have holes on the sides. called the store and they will not take them back. I spent $130+ on these shoes that didn't even really last a month. I will never do service with them again and will make sure I let everyone know not to do service with them.

Their expertise is outstanding, but their friendly personalities were even better. I felt right at home with the outgoing staff members and have loved their recommendation for a better shoe! I wonder why I waited so long to go in and treat my feet the way they deserve.
Purchased some shoes there that had to be ordered to vet the correct color. When I went to pick up, turns out the wrong shoe showed up. Manager really did a great job making things right even though he didn't have to which I really appreciated. Customer for life.
the first time I entered the store I recieved excellent customer service and couldnt have been happier.... however that all changed this afternoon. My hookas that I have gad just over a mint started to fall apart. mainly the sole of the shoe and the grip had started to separate. Being as I spent a fair amount of money on these I figued there had to be some kind of warranty or at least this location would make make it right to retain a customer.
