I wouldn't worry too much about their services as I called three times and talked to Gary, emailed twice at his request and also texted my info once at his request and never got a response. So, I would definitely go with one of the other radon mitigation providers as Gary is so unresponsive and rude I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend.
Gary did our radon mitigation a little over a month ago. He was very communicative and thorough with his work. He did a clean job and was very considerate of the location. Our radon test came back and everything looks great.
Called for a quote, called the next day to book radon mitigation. Nothing. Called back 2 days later, nothing. Emailed a day after that, no response. I get business owners around the valley are busy, but the inability for business owners to return calls/emails in this area truly blows my mind. I went with a place out of IF since I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at teton radon.
Gary was awesome! Professional, kind, and got the job done extremely well! We had a tricky radon situation that other companies we called couldn't fix. Gary got it done no problem.
I was very impressed with the expertise that Gary showed on my tricky radon installation. Very happy with how he stuck to his original price and got it all done in one day. Can’t say enough good about the job he did and how happy I am with his service. I recommend him to anyone!!
