Solid people and programming. Of the many CF gyms I’ve been associated with, this one is the best.
This gym has the BEST environment! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the coaching staff is awesome. They make you feel right at home the second you walk in the door! CrossFit is my favorite kind of training because you just get to show up and work hard - it’s all done for you as far as programming. Absolutely love it here and highly recommend!
One of the best places in Rexburg! So much fun! Coaches are always interested in the members and very helpful to aid us on our fitness goals, make sure we’re safe while doing the workout. Plus, they have the best equipment available in the world.
