This is a definite must do. We went to the rodeo we booked tickets online for $15 each which is so much cheaper than some of the bigger resort towns. Everybody was extremely friendly. They were even asking over the microphone for any international visitors. You can buy drinks and food at the truck which are literally by the side sides of the bleachers. I've only been here for the hot air balloon festival, and it was a great experience.
