I accompanied my mom for a blood draw this morning. Noel took her blood and though she collected it successfully on the second try, her bedside manner was so poor it prompted me to leave this review. My mom communicated that people had trouble collecting from her left arm, but Noel proceeded with it, and as my mom flinched back in pain and said ow multiple times she offered no apologies or even to try another spot, until my mom asked her to.
