I have an old 1987 fully manual Tetlow kiln. I have been dealing with Quinn Montgomery and it has been none other than smooth sailing. The fast turn around on answers to my queries. Nothing has been too hard give advice on where they can (noting it is a 1987 model kiln). Plus the advice on what they would do, without trying to actually upsell you, is really appreciated.
