Visiting Tether Tools was a great experience the space is clean, and welcoming. They take time to answer questions without making you feel pressured, and you can tell they actually care about the people who walk through the door. It’s great to have this company so close by. And they also have the coolest dog
Order some tethering products from them and the customer service is horrible. I reached out multiple times asking why I hadn’t received my order and each time they told me they would verify and email me back the same day but nothing. So I’m still without my item and neither Tether Tools or USPS which they use to send it can tell me where it is.
