Scheduled a full color, color correct, and highlight with Kade ( asked for natural red with highlights). I specifically told her in my consultation that I wanted permanent color. She said that would be no problem. She quoted me $350-400 without even touching my hair and that it would take 5-8 hours. This was all zero problem until the actual appointment. Place is beautiful and the people there are really easy to talk to. My cut was taken way too short though. Not what i asked for. Though! We did get a full refund. Very appreciated <3
