This medical provider did not check if a pre-authorization was needed by my insurer. When I got the Denial of service by the insurer, it said to contact the provider for the next steps. I assumed the Testsmarter would offer or help with an appeal. So I contacted them by phone and got voice mail. No return phone. I emailed Testsmarter. No reponding email.
