We have been here several times. Went last evening and felt as if we had offended the bartender for sending a drink back. Drinks were delayed 30 minutes. Didn’t seem like anyone was cross trained and mismanagement appears to be the key issue here. Our server we awesome and did his best given what he was provided. Food was awesome and portions huge. Everything else felt awkward and as though we were bothering them. Not a great feeling when paying for a dinner.
Unfortunately the only thing consistent every time I have dined here is the poor service at the bar. The 2 women bartenders just look annoyed at being there and there is one bartender that is ready to argue. Terrible service and bad experience all round.
The food was Excellent and the banquet waiters were wonderful!
First time here great place all around. Looks like they just remodeled the place. Food was excellent so was the service. Will be going back soon.
