Quick and friendly! I called before going because it seemed too good to be true and the gentleman who answered my call was very friendly and helpful. It was 4pm and my family needed rapid tests to leave for a cruise. They closed at 5pm, but when my family showed up at 4:35 they were nothing but friendly! I was still at work so I went the next day and had the same great fast, friendly service! Ignore the other bad reviews, I’m glad I did! Had our results within 15 minutes both times and no charge with or without insurance.
It was a quick and efficient experience. They handled my testing with precautions, and that bought me comfort.
My family was tested Jan 18. Was supposed to be a rapid test. They didn't tell us until after we tested that it was a PCR instead. Told us 2 to 3 days for results. It is now Jan 24. We still haven't received all of them. Wish we had gone elsewhere for testing. We received 3 out of four of the tests (never did receive my husband's). One listed a collection date of the day before we took the test. The three we received were listed as rapid tests, but took 3 days for results.
Dr khan charged 340 U$ and told us before hand the tests might be inconclusive. It came out positive. We tested at a pharmacy beforehand and it was negative. We tested again at the airport afterwards and were negative again. Worst experience and fraud!
