I had to get my 3 year old daughter’s blood drawn this morning at Stamford Tully Lab Station on Strawberry Hill. I was nervous how it would go. Rose was amazing! Didn’t catch her last name but she was a black woman with short platinum blonde hair. She was patient with my daughter, related to her, made the visit personal and able to draw the blood in one attempt. So grateful! Thank you! PS. We got there at 7:38am and left by 8:13am. Sat for over an hour. Not enough staff to handle the need. Stamford Health needs to get its act together.
