I took my step exam here in October and it was amazing! Easy and ample parking. Easy access to bathrooms. I was able to take in a disposable water bottle after I took the wrapping off. Two staff workers who work really well together to make sure checkin and checkout between breaks really simple and fast. Literally when I came back from a break, they were ready before I was and did everything they needed to do so I can get checked in quickly. Obviously taking these standardized tests are no fun; HOWEVER, if you have to take one then this is definitely a great place to do so! While the facility itself was okay (it’s a small center and it can be a bit noisy on the inside and it has a very small locker area), the staff here were FANTASTIC! It is always painful and stressful taking these exams, but thanks to Bryanna and Gurpreeta (I hope I spelled their names correctly) the test taking experience was much smoother and less anxiety provoking. The women running the testing center were very kind and encouraging. They both said good luck and one said to “be confident” which was nice to hear. However, the setup of the center itself was awful. My seat was right next to the door, so every time someone entered or exited the testing room (which was often), the noise from the main lobby came into the room and it was very distracting. The main lobby and the testing room are separated by a glass window which does not do a very good job of canceling out sounds. Despite the d... read more
