I had a great experience with this salon! I was able to book an appointment the day before, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and made everything so easy. My niece got exactly the braid style she wanted, including the length and size, all at a very affordable price. I am a return customer love how Michelle done my hair several times and love the way it was done. I had an experience 4 says ago .She is normally a comfortable braider but this time my hair was to tight I told her and she did some pulling in more than one area but if you don't take that braid loose and do it completely it doesn't help much.
