A great place to learn proper lifting technique and get stronger. All the coaches are great and everyone here is friendly. If you have never lifted weights before this is a great place to get started.
I’ve worked remotely with Phil through video form checks and programming, and he’s the best Starting Strength coach I’ve encountered. He does not sugarcoat, he gets straight to the point, and his feedback is both detailed and practical. I have been going to Testify for 4 months and I couldn't be happier with my results. After lifting the last 2 years, I had stalled out with my progress so I decided to try Testify out. The coaching has been great. It is a group coaching atmosphere where they customize your individual program. The members age from high school kids to retired people so the coaches are experts in making program adjustments to suite peoples individual needs.
