I would give 10 stars if I could. I started here approximately two months ago after a friend suggested it and I haven’t regretted it one bit. I feel myself getting stronger every day. The coaches are amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone of any age. I am 54 and stronger than I’ve been in years.
I've been going to Testify since April of this year. It's great. Phil and his team are excellent at what they do. My results were immediately noticeable. They really care about their clients and in helping them be their best selves. Is it easy? No. Lol. Nothing worthwhile ever is.
Great place to go to get stronger. Knowledgeable coaches who care about helping people getting stronger and healthier. Have been working out there for almost 7 years.
I’m so glad I found Testify. Phil, Barb, Mike, Chris - all the coaches are great - very knowledgeable, positive and superb at analyzing my lifts and writing programs based on where I happen to be in my training. I’ve read the Starting Strength books and attempted to train on my own. However, after walking into Testify and getting hands on instruction, I realized just how much “form creep” had set in and that I needed a coach. Happy to say I found a great new gym home after my peeps and I lost the previous one! As I walked through the doors at Testify S&C I was immediately at ease, it felt like "home". EVERYONE is warm, welcoming and supportive. I get plenty of guidance and all the coaches pay close attention to proper form/technique to prevent injuries and make us stronger, you know "strong like bull"!
