Today I had the pleasure of being coached online by Phil Meggers, and let me tell you - it’s an absolute game-changer. Besides being kind and easygoing, Phil is an expert who can instantly spot your weak points and give you the exact cues you need to improve your technique on the spot. If you can’t train with Phil in person, I highly recommend booking an online coaching session -whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I started here approximately two months ago after a friend suggested it and I haven’t regretted it one bit. I feel myself getting stronger every day. The coaches are amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone of any age. I am 54 and stronger than I’ve been in years.
I've been going to Testify since April of this year. It's great. Phil and his team are excellent at what they do. My results were immediately noticeable. They really care about their clients and in helping them be their best selves. Is it easy? No. Lol. Nothing worthwhile ever is.
Great place to go to get stronger. Knowledgeable coaches who care about helping people getting stronger and healthier. Have been working out there for almost 7 years.
