Sample receiving was a little tricky to find, but once i found it, staff were friendly and helpful! Building is a U shape, and sample receiving is at the back, inside the U.
Great customer service representative who go above and beyond in order to ensure that your tests meet your needs.
They don't put the customer first and they over work there employees. Having them work at times 13 to 14 hour days.
Too bad they don't answer their phones. They might have more business.
