This company treats people of color very poorly. They want to over work you, just to under pay you. A person of color having the proper credentials and education. Means nothing to this company. They would rather pick an employee that has been there over 20 years. Who doesn’t have the education or experience for the position. Rather than pick a over qualified employee that. Has the knowledge, education and skills for the position. The prejudice treatment that people of color experience here is very disheartening.
