I was told by both the AI bot and a staff member that the locations would be open today and they are not. Wasted an hour of driving to find out theyre closed.
They get you in and out and real respectable and clean.
Staff was good and helpful, facility was clean. Since the 75th and Wornall location has been open less than a year I dont expect perfection but it was an okay experience. I arrived in the early afternoon being first and no one was in the lobby but I wound up being seen second and its been 3 days not including the weekend and I have yet to receive my test results. Its supposed to be quick but im still waiting- this is ridiculous and I dont drink or do drugs - so make this make since. Irritating
