Everyone at Test Smartly Labs – Belton was super nice and professional! The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Aveon, was awesome and made the whole process quick and easy. Great place to go for a 10-panel drug screening!
Had a 10am appt, was greeted quickly and checked in with friendly service. Aveon was super friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service!
If you need Fingerprints GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. This is one of the slowest places I have ever been. It does not take that long to take fingerprints, but it takes them ALL DAY. Appointments are pointless, estimate being there at least 1 hour past your appointment time, A LEAST. The ladies in the back just chat, it is like nobody has a sense of urgency. Visited the Belton office this morning for an exam. Everything went very smooth, had no issues while there, visit was quick. Nurses were very kind. 5-star business!
