Dr. Pollack was very thorough and patient. All the staffs were super friendly and helpful.
Optometrist/Dr is 5 star and has always been great re: eye exams but last week I called to check on availability of replacement parts for my frame and the individual who answered the phone gave me incorrect information (or did not want to help). I was told my only option is to order part#10 ($84 on RayBan site. See diagram.) but in reality I only needed part#70 ($2.50 on RayBan site). I even mentioned the part and I was told that if I could, just to order myself because the store could not.
I recently had an eye exam with Dr Pollack, she was thorough and answered all my questions professionally with care. I also ordered Oliver Peoples eyeglasses from them and worked with Josh for the ordering process. He explained lens types and differences and helped me pick an option based on my prescription. He went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience with them. Highly recommend them for all your optical needs.
I love Test Rite Opticians! I would run there for my exam and to choose glasses!. The staff is always pleasant, and professional and there are great glass choices. Dr Pollack is always very thorough and a pleasure. I love Josh and Jay who have helped me with glass choices. Again, always pleasant and professional we we laugh alot!!! Definitely check out the store and tell them I said hi!
