I had a great experience at this eyeglasses store, thanks to Jay! When I first walked in, I was just browsing, and Jay made me feel completely comfortable. He let me explore at my own pace without rushing or pressuring me, and he quickly noticed the style of frames I was gravitating toward. He offered thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences and even recommended glare-resistant lenses, which I've been told to get for years but always forget. Dr Pollack was amazing. She was very thorough and easy to work with. My son and I both saw her and we very happy with the service we received.
