Unorganized and unreliable. I went there in person to register and make appointment for testing 2 days later. On my appointment date, staff was not able to find my registration or appointment and I was asked to re-register again. My vacation starts the next day. I walked and luckily found a Covid test site on 23rd Street. I got my result in 20 minutes.
I visited this testing location for work and had a good experience, but testing at this facility is not free. Reception staff member was very friendly.
Very staff and no wait during the afternoons.
