We made an appointment with my son being sent home from school sick. We arrived early, there was no line. The nurse came out to tell me she was on break. We pulled around to wait a few minutes. Another car came and she did their test. We came back in line to wait another 20 minutes.. no cars waiting ahead of me. We just sat waiting for her to come out to take my childs test. Terrible service - I would not recommend this place at all.
I booked my appointment, or so I thought on Solv. I arrived to the site and was promptly greeted. Although I was upset about the appointment through Solv (that's a third party- apparently it just leads you to the site but never truly books your appointment for you) the girls both assisted me to get the appointment I needed. They sure do make it easy for you. You show a photo ID and they confirm your information with you. Masks are required here- but I didn't mind since you're only there for a few minutes. It's easy to schedule here and I've never had a long wait. I have gone here for testing multiple times before. I finally actually have covid and received two false negatives here. I understand false negatives happen, but for a formal testing facility you should have better quality tests. My at home tests are better quality then the ones here. The saints that work at this location are so kind and patient. I love bringing my kids, knowing they are in good hands and will be quickly swabbed so we can go about our day.
